Wrong fuel pump in Fuel Pumps and Accessories

They sent me a fuel pump for a completely different car. I definitely didn't drive my Mazda 3. I have attached a picture of the fuel pump actually used on my car. Completely different.

Leakage problems and check valve failure after 5 months of use.

The pump fits but there are problems with the top. The upper OD is smaller compared to the original pump and does not properly capture the original seal. I had to remove the tank again to improvise the fitment and get a good seal to prevent fumes and fuel from escaping, especially when the gas tank was full to the brim. Now I have trouble starting the car every morning. Sounds like the check valve is coming from the fuel pump. The rest of the day the car starts normally, only the next day after

DO NOT BUY THIS! in Parts

I bought this pump about a month ago and was excited because I finally wanted to replace my broken fuel pump on my 2006 Mazda 3. I checked what they provided and this fuel pump should fit my car. He wasn't even there. My mechanic had to remove some parts from the old pump and attach them to this one to fit my car. It cost me $100 more than I was supposed to pay for the work.
