🔋 VW Aircooled Fuel Pump with Alternator Style - Ideal for Dune Buggy Review

The product delivered does not match the image shown. The included pump is not a mushroom type and does not have a cut joint shaft. Not installed yet. emergency backup. Good for the price.

I swapped the alternator for an alternator and it worked great as part of the swap. Fast delivery and always the right part from the Dune Buggy warehouse.

Not as shown. 5-6psi with the rod I used on my EMPI as shown in the picture which produces 2.5psi. With 1/4" gaskets and 3.4-4 psi. in. I don't want to sharpen my stem for this unproven pump. I can just add a regulator and hook up the electric pump I have.

. I had about 7 hours total run time with this fuel pump and it recently started leaking fuel right through the diaphragm into my body where it mixed with my new oil. Terrible product, now I have to buy more oil, after only 7 hours of work and its failure I can say with confidence, DO NOT BUY THIS

brand EUROSTAR or some China garbage. The mounting holes had to be ovalized with a grinder to fit. I haven't measured the pressure yet, but I'm not sure. I will not buy from this fake seller again. EDIT: Fuel pressure at idle - 3000rpm = 6-6.5psi, WAY too high. It's garbage.

Just installed this and it works fine. The pump shown in the picture is for a different EMPI pump, neither the one listed nor the one I received. It outputs 3psi with the included shims as it should. The fuel line nipples are in a very awkward position, which I believe is a quality control issue with cap crimping. This makes installation difficult.
