This machine makes excellent coffee and is fairly easy to clean and maintain. It's pretty well made, reminding me of an inkjet printer with its heavy removable plastic parts. If there was free shipping to and from a service center or onsite service I would give it 5 stars. This car broke down under warranty. I spent over $50 shipping to the warranty center and another $75 shipping back. For a product in this price range, shipping costs for warranty repairs are a real concern. It's too expensive

Less than 6 months in use before had to spend $75 to send it in for service (Importika) for repair and less than another 6 months before it simply stopped working (which also describes the actions of the service provider at this point).
