Gardner Bender GGP 1502 Grounding Pigtail Review

This product is not up to par. I've used several grounding pigtails in the past, but this one is a disaster. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know what to expect from this kind of product, and this one doesn't even come close. The wire is flimsy and doesn't seem to be able to withstand much use. The only positive thing I can say is that it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for with this item.

The wire attached to the screw was wound so tightly that I had to detach the wire from the screw before I could use it. I bought them to save time, but they are actually costing me time. They didn't work well in 4" junction boxes due to screw issues.

They work exactly as they should. Ideal for ground wires on metal electrical boxes. After using several of them, the screws didn't break and the threads matched the holes for the ground screws. The screws that come with the grounded pigtails would be more handy, but they work as they should and are a lot cheaper if you don't mind cutting your pigtail.
