You absolutely need an iQue mounting kit. A speaker for voice prompts is a must. The beanbag does a reasonable job of keeping the iQue on the dash. The only issues I've had with it is when I'm accelerating hard (like trying to get out of a toll booth very quickly). Then the beanbag sometimes flies off the dashboard. This device is a kind of four-lobed pouch with a sticky rubber material on the bottom. It doesn't move much on the dash, but I wonder if it should be there at all.
