Very high quality product, it's not the first time I bought it.

I've had the same device for 7 years now. Works great. In winter, at minus -15, it starts to fail badly - you have to put it in a mitten and warm it. The interface is terribly simple - although not like the iphone, but so simple that I don’t have a similar interface in modern navigators. Its pros: tenacious. Weighs little In winter, you can warm in a mitten Cons below: Catches extremely badly. The default settings are not optimal. Freezes in winter

can't take a hit even from two feet

It's waterproof but when it fell out of my backpack onto the sidewalk (even two feet off the ground) when I was hiking to the parking lot it broke, the batteries were new, it wouldn't even turn on, the screen didn't even crack an iota, and even after I put new batteries in just to see if that happened the batteries didn't work even then, so if you have a GPS buy how can you expect to be beaten don't buy this

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • A bit wrinkled

REX received my rave review

Just wanted to say that as a mother who knows nothing about these devices and wants to buy a GPS for her son while hiking, REX and its updates have given great information that I would never got it from a dealer. His brief usage and explanations were perfect, his updates were beyond helpful and I appreciate users like him who, like him, take the time to explain how the device works, his comparisons to more expensive devices, and his thoughts on how to be Spending money the right place THANK YOU

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • unreliable

Great for the price

I bought this GPS unit to pinpoint the exact location of my telescope. I also did limited geocaching (4 caches) and was able to find all four caches. This appears to be much more accurate than the literature and testimonies suggest. I like the small size (fits easily in your pocket) and the intuitive interface. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive model. However, I bought mine from Revain for $69.99 and got a $20 discount. With free shipping, no taxes, no discounts…

Good GPS navigator, best GPS, finder and accessories

Owned for almost 2 years. Mainly used for hiking, but we occasionally take it on bike rides as well. The controls are a bit odd, but if you read the manual and spend a little time using it, it's not bad. What I like -> Accuracy. A clear satellite signal gives you useful information. Distance travelled, average speed and altitude - which I really like. > Very small - fits in any pocket (but be careful - it can block the signal. Areas for improvement: > Battery life - only about 4 hours…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Great GPSr for the price

I just bought it and recently received it as a Christmas present for myself. I just started geocaching and this device is perfect for me. You can't beat the size and ease of use of this device. It is very compact but contains all the necessary functions. If you're geocaching, you don't need WAAS. The WAAS receiver will get you within 15-30 feet of the cache and this will do the same. I was able to learn the basic functions of this receiver with little or no difficulty. I wanted a device that I…

Good for GeoCaching, good portability but bad battery life

I have the exact same device and have been using it for GeoCaching for about 6 months. The inside of the device is pretty much the same as the more expensive ones - you know you're in the right place. Much of the user interface is the same as the more expensive models. The main benefit of this device (besides the price) is its size - it's smaller than the next products in the range and easier to slip into your pocket. Battery life. The time you get from 2 AAA is not that big. You'll eat a bunch

  • Dope 🔥
