Description of Gates 22373 Lower Radiator Hose

Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure. Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).

Excellent Automotive Radiator Hose

I recently purchased a lower radiator hose for my car and THIS one did the job perfectly .The quality of this hose is unmatched and it fit my car perfectly. The material is very durable and i expect it to last a long time. The only downside was that it was a little more expensive than other hoses on the market. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this hose to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality automotive radiator hose..

Undertube problems in tubes

Somebody or Gates made the tube too short. I had to return it and buy one from Oreilys for almost 3x the price. The Gates upper tube fits perfectly. You can see the difference between the old hose and the new one. I wish I had noticed that before I wasted a lot of time. Revain returned my money quickly. Could someone cut off a piece, one can only guess
