Description of Gates 7640 V Belt

Fiber-loaded rubber stock adds flexibility along the length of the belt and provides greater lateral stability in the pulley. Form-ground to ensure precise top width and sidewall dimensional control for proper fit to the pulley. Thermally-active tensile cords for maintenance-free performance when properly installed and tensioned. Resists oil, heat, ozone, weather and aging for improved belt life. Meets or exceeds SAE J636C specifications.

Smooth Operator " - 4 Stars

Who needs a partner when Smooth Operator is around? This little guy will leave you totally satisfied and begging for more .The only reason i didn't give it a perfect score is that it's so good, it's borderline addicting. Trust me, once you try Smooth Operator, you won`t be able to keep your hands off of it..

This is a belt. holds belts, hoses and pulleys

Used on a 1967 Dodge Coronet with a factory dual A/C belt. Strangely, this strap is slightly longer than the one I bought locally. If you need two, buy them at the same time from the same source. This still works for my application as the shorter strap is stretched.
