This is a belt. holds belts, hoses and pulleys
Used on a 1967 Dodge Coronet with a factory dual A/C belt. Strangely, this strap is slightly longer than the one I bought locally. If you need two, buy them at the same time from the same source. This still works for my application as the shorter strap is stretched.
