I am renovating the kitchen counter in my Florida home and so far I am not only pleased with the look but also with the functionality of this new cooktop. It's a lot bigger than my last one so I added a plus.

On my last record like this the large panel was on the side and it was tight. I also really like how many options there are for pots of different sizes. And you have a control that allows you to turn on the front and rear elements at the same time so you can raise the rectangular pan.

We are very happy with our new GE hob. That works great. The rapid boil heats the water much faster than my old cast iron burners. I especially like the lock feature when grandkids are around. I highly recommend getting a good glass cleaner to keep them looking new.

I've moved to a new house and have been using this hob for a little over a month. So far it works very well. The Power Boil function on one of the burners is AMAZING and makes cooking even easier. My husband and I also love the lock/unlock feature; In "Lockdown" mode, you cannot turn on and use burners. What a great feature for any home with kids! Or clumsy significant others. ;)
