🔧 E3D V6 Extra Nozzle: Authentic and Reliable Addition Review

I used this nozzle on my Prusa printer to test how the larger nozzle (0.6mm) compares to the "standard" 0.4mm nozzle. This 0.6mm nozzle prints approximately 25% faster than using a 0.4mm nozzle (20-hour print takes only 15 hours) without severely damaging print details. Considering I haven't had any issues, this part could very well be the original E3D V6 atomizer, but there is no marking on the atomizer so it's difficult to tell the original from the clone with the naked eye.

Having bought two E3D V6 nozzles of different sizes, I was definitely disappointed when I saw that there was no size label on the outside. It would be very easy for a manufacturer to indicate the size by stamping "6" or "4" on one of the blank spaces on the side of the die --- and at this price point these labels should definitely be added. ordered in September 2020, supposedly an E3D branded V6 nozzle COMPLETE but this is not confirmed by what I have received . I have included enlarged images of the item listed and a comparison with the 0.4 nozzle that came with my Prusa MK3s. Several distinctions can easily be made between the two nozzles.
