As soon as I received this filter I felt it was heavy, it is much heavier than aftermarket, it turns out the filter element is much larger than aftermarket , 24 vs. 31. Even though it costs a little more than an aftermarket filter, it's worth it.

Genuine Honda parts really can't be beat. It's not hard to guess, you already know that unlike some non-original filters, this filter is a perfect fit. It also has many more pleats than aftermarket filters, and more pleats mean better filtration and a happier engine. Sure, it costs about $10 more than inferior aftermarket filters, but it keeps your engine in tip-top shape, which is definitely worth the extra money.

I ordered this for my 2015 Honda Civic. This is the wrong size. This one has a short angle and what I need has a longer triangular angle. Easy return. I'm a 50 year old grandma and changing the filter is the easiest service you can do for your car. Literally takes 30 seconds for a cabin or air filter. I couldn't find the size I needed from this manufacturer, but I did find it from another, slightly cheaper one. I wanted to stay with Honda products but unfortunately I couldn't find it here.

Great for my 2010 Honda Civic LX-S. I change mine every 8-12 months when I'm servicing other things that should be. I'm sure there are people who do it themselves and go crazy when their check engine light comes on. I usually clean the MAF sensor when I change the filter, but not every time, and I don't get the check engine light. If your check engine light comes on when you change the air filter, simply disconnect the battery to get rid of the light on the dash. If it still does not go out…
