Fits well, first I tried to remove the hanger to install on the original door of my 2001 Toyota Tundra but it was very difficult. Decided to wear just everything and it still looks good as I have black trim.

Hey I have a black truck so the black gas cap was just what I was looking for. The hardest part was removing the old screws from the old lid hinge. I took my time and used the right tool. After that it was child's play. Take a look at how the castle came out first so you know the top and bottom of the castle, but otherwise don't be scared.

Gas cap fits well I sanded, primed and painted it to match my truck 2 stainless steel washers rubber sealed to make it work.

This is a genuine Toyota part. Painted with semi-gloss black primer. This is both a door and a hinge. Easily interchangeable with 8mm nut. The lock is removed very easily by removing the mounting clip. Just gently wiggle the clip back and forth with a pair of pliers and it will instantly slide out of the lock. I fitted this to my 2001 Toyota Tundra. I left it black and installed - just loosened 3 screws and screwed back on. The black matched the trim so it all looks nice - I could take the original apart and use the hinge from it if needed, but decided against it. The key mechanism doesn't come with the unit (which I wasn't expecting) so you have to pull out a simple clip on the old unit and then install it on the new one.
