This cat house is pretty good. I have an adult cat that weighs about 13 pounds. She jumped into the house as soon as I got on the bars. She sits down and turns around with no problem. The size of the house is approximately 12" x 12" and the walls are 1/2" thick. The door opening is approximately 7.25 x 7.25 inches.
