Great product for a workout or warm up. I tend to go overboard with the driver. This help keeps you from doing it almost immediately. Very versatile and can be used indoors without a ball. Year-round learning product.

I came across a similar device during a golf class to correct my trajectory. I start out with very slow swings without the ball and train every day I use it. This was the best wobble path correction tutorial I found.

used this unit every day for a week. Felt good after using it. Played 18 holes today. Shooting 120. All shooting was successful, but my shooting always went right before buying this device. I will continue to practice with the device to see if my recordings improve and if so I will write another review.

This is a good idea and it seems people have had success with it, the problem with using irons is that they haven't game improvements are really suitable for modern irons. I have Callaway cheaters and if you get the red stripes in the right position the head of the stick is really too big to even swing back without hitting them. You can spread them out wider which helps some but the other problem is that when you pass and hit the red bars fly out, I understand they can't be solid there but…
