I really needed this to help me swing but it keeps falling off. Does not fit as shown. I'm a 5'7 female and this doesn't fit.

This strap just slips out of my hand. I don't feel like it helped me in the slightest. This does not create the feeling of always being connected. Maybe since he's gliding over me I don't feel like he's trying to promote me.

So the concept is solid. I've used groups in the past that do the same thing. Keep your hands in a nice triangle as you swing back. But at least for me, the prop slipped down my arm during the backswing. Rubber bands work better because there is some friction. This product is "slick" so doesn't really do what it's supposed to do.
