We have returned this item twice due to a defective battery. We are on our second replacement now and the box was delivered completely shredded. After removing it from the box we noticed a very strong toxic smell coming from it. We had to charge it in the garage because it smelled so bad. I would not recommend giving this as a gift. It has taken months of shipping back and forth to try and get a board that actually works. The only reason we keep trying is that we cannot afford to replace it…

Got this for my son’s birthday and he learned how to get on and ride it in 15 minutes. The self-balancing mode is super friendly as it stays motionless until you step two feet on it. Though it is mainly for a kid older than 8, the weight limit is 80kg and it is heavy and sturdy so an adult can have fun with it as well. In all, it is a great product and the kids can learn how to adjust the center of their gravity to maneuver. It looks super cool as my son rides on it.

I reviewed this product with one rating initially and the customer service team reached out to me that I still have this product under warranty and they can replace it. They helped me to get the replacement quickly and very prompt. Now I have received a replacement and the product is working very well. My kids are loving it. Thanks to gotrax team.

I purchased this hoverboard for my grandson in his 8th birthday. It's amazing he liked it very much. It's very powerful and very stable.Weight and speed are suitable for kids. Battary life is good enough for playing long time. It has a cool light and modern design and excellent materials. It's a great gift for kids.

This is my first time buying this kind of electric balance scooter and it makes me feel very good. I bought it for my sister to play with and she liked it and learned it right away. What I didn't expect was that my parents also liked this balance bike very much. This has added a lot of fun to our family. After 2 months of use, first of all I think its battery is very durable. Stability and steering ability are also relatively high.

This comes with very protective packaging. It is very easy to operate, the design are also very good. But there’s no direction on how to get your hands on it, so it would be little difficult for beginners.

This did not come in a product box (see photo). It was in a packing box, and the clear packing tape was already cut open. I purchased a new one, but I’m not sure if they gave me a returned one? I’m returning it because I had purchased it for a basket raffle. This looks like a mess so I wouldn’t recommend for a gift.

Got this for my 7 years old son. Since the weight limit is 176 lbs, I wanted to try also. I am actually 10 lbs over the weight limit but it's still running very smooth and very sturdy. Only took my son 15 min and me 30 min to learn how to get on it and ride. Battery lasts 40min - 1 hour. 40 min because I was using it. We have had a lot of fun.

I bought the blue one for my neice and it came charged up and and she rides it all the time it’s sturdy and rides smooth I didn’t know which one to get but this one had great reviews so I wanted to add to them since I spend that 160 to let someone else know it’s a good choice thumb up

After reading great reviews i decided to buy this hoverboard for my nephew's 7th birthday present. He absolutely LOVED IT. The options in colors and cool lights, the smooth ride, and over all sleek presentation completely captivated him. As for most kids, it was easy for him to learn how to ride it and and truly enjoyed it for a while. brand new but right out of the box makes a rattling noise, as if the gears are stripped. Only person to ride it is my 5 year old daughter, all 35 pounds of her. Ordered a replacement. Will update my review when the new one comes in.

We bought one for each of our two grandchildren. Great value for the money! The kids are 65 and 85 pounds, and have no problem maneuvering them. Recharge quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend!

I got this as a birthday present for my 12 year old grandson. It had great reviews and I was looking for one with self-balancing. He loves it. Only had to hold on to him for the first few seconds for him to learn how to adjust his weight and balance and soon he was flying through the house! His mom says he loves doing chores on it. It was easy to set up. I had ro charge it some before actually using it but that only took 30 minutes! I then was able to use it. Seems to have good battery life and goes faster or slower depending on how much pressure is put on it. Been using it for over a week and I haven't had any issues so far!
