The mailbox is higher quality than expected. It has durable exterior texture, the hinge allows for quiet opening and closing of the lid. The mailbox is a perfect size. I purchased the large, bronze color. I do wish we had an option to upgrade to a lockbox insert. The screws included are useless. I recommend just going to the hardware store and purchase better screws ahead of installation. If you’re on the market for a simple design, quality mailbox, this is a good choice.

This mailbox is sleek, holds lots of mail, and keeps the contents dry from the elements. It was a great upgrade from what was there. Great value for the money. I recommend.

We bought this for my 93 year old mom who lives in the NW Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Her mailbox is across the highway and during the winter, it's hard (and dangerous!) for her to push her rollator through the snow to get her mail. With a letter from her doctor stating the necessity of having her mail delivered up to the house, the post office began doing this after the installation of this mailbox on her covered front porch. It's lock free, which is important for her ease of use and the mail

I don’t know why other reviewers said the holes are too low, mine were fine. Some directions telling which side to put the rubber washers would have been good though. I put them on the inside and it was obvious they should have been against the house for the top to open more easily.

They shold have slotted the mounting holes so the screws could be pre-mounted to slide the box over them to make it easy to mount. And the screws supplied are inferior.

This mailbox has a great look and is the perfect size for letters, magazines, smaller thin boxes and even larger flexible packages. I bought it for my Mom since we had her delivery method approved for porch delivery. (She's in a condo and all mail goes to a specific area and she is unstable to walk longer distances by herself.) My Mom is very happy she can reach out her door and get her own mail everyday! Especially her audio books and QVC packages (LOL), which are larger in size and still fit…

Decent size mailbox, plenty of room for mail and some smaller sized parcels. Comes with mounting hardware, lowered a star only because it didn't come with a template to assist in drilling the holes.

This was an easy purchase and quick delivery. Our old mailbox was here when we moved here 23 years ago so a good investment for our new siding. We are no using the lock feature.

I’ve looked for a large, sturdy mail box to replace my old one suffering from probably thirty tears of use. I couldn’t find one big enough or sturdy enough, and everything seemed very expensive! This product is not only nice looking, but very sturdy and not that expensive!

Nice, sturdy powder coated mailbox. Beautiful dark green color. But it came with cheap mounting screws that practically dissolved as I was trying to screw them into a wood fence. Why companies don't spend an extra dime to include decent hardware is beyond me. And yes, I do feel like an old man yelling at clouds.

The mail box included mounting hardware and rubber spacers to keep it away from the wall just enough to allow the hinge to operate. It is nice and roomy, holds large envelopes and magazines with no problem.

Love how deep the box is. Small packages fit down in and the lid still closes. Don't put it to high or you will have trouble reaching the mail at the bottom of the box.

He was tired of seeing my old, rusty box. I have to admit the front of my house looks better with it. It comes with the screws and bolts needed to attach it to the wall. I may add my home's exterior walls are solid brick from the 1900s, so this is a well made product at a good price. Highly recommended.

Easy to install. Just used my two hands and a screwdriver. Been 2 months and so far it's sturdy and still brand new. Works aa intended. Nothing more, nothing less. No regrets and would suggest. Purchase in April of 2022

Absolutely love this! My husband had no problem installing it and our mailman is happy that there is a good working mailbox again. Haha!

This mailbox is made of thick metal and had a good coat of paint on it and can hold small packages or a lot of mail This was a good purchase.
