Bought a new Grohe kitchen faucet and the flow was so limited the sprayer wouldn't work and it took too long to even fill the pot with water. You couldn't even flush the sink, the pressure was so weak. Works great I called GROHE and they said I need to buy the yellow to replace the original red. GROHE says they now use Yellow 46 138 on all Yellow 46 138 models, which has actually increased water usage. I used silicone (non-hardening) on the o-ring and cleaned the plug to ensure a good seal. This is a direct replacement for the GROHE hose at the base of the hose where it attaches to the faucet.
