I've never used a good processor, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but. Last week I had 20 pounds of fresh tomatoes. I made sauce with it. I didn't want to peel the tomatoes, so I cooked them with their skins on and then made them into a thin sauce. It was delicious, but the processor has a hole in the bottom of the container. How to pour the contents so that they do not spread all over the body?

My previous Wide Mouth Hamilton Beach lasted 18 years. This is a useless POS. Whoever designed this wasn't a chef. First, it's called a wide mouth, so you MUST put food through it. But no, the fuse only allows the blades to rotate when the tube guide or plug is fully seated. This renders the wide-neck lens unusable. Second, the center channel of the 12-cup bowl only protrudes 1.5 inches. This means no liquids can be used outside of 1.5 inches of this 5 inch bowl.

Very disappointed. My first Hamilton Beach stand mixer was great so I was confident that I would make this purchase. I am returning it after spilling the Caesar salad dressing on the kitchen floor because the bowl's inner stem/hole is so short that it's impossible to cook a large portion of anything without spilling it through the middle is spilled! The shank of the blade is also short compared to my last one, so the bandage spilled under the bowl before I even removed it from the base unit…

I don't like this machine. A wide-mouth feeder is fine if what you're cutting fits all the way down the chute, leaving room for the slider. There is a safety feature that requires the trigger to be at least 1 inch inside the top of the feed tube before the machine will operate. That means what you cut has to be short. For example, a piece of cheese should be small. There is then about 1/4 inch of uncut product between the lid and the blade. There are parts of the pusher that are not accessible…
