You can change the finish to use both devices at the same time (e.g. you have a hand shower and a rain shower head or a rain shower and a bath spout). This design limits the amount of water, so the water pressure is limited if you want to use both devices at the same time.

I only noticed when the return period was closed. Revain offered no way of contacting her about the issue. I bought this before I started the project and didn't realize what wasn't there until it was too late. I wouldn't give that one star as the product looks good but I don't know how to get the missing parts.

Hansgrohe have a solid name and they make really great products but this one was missing 1 screw which required a large bar to be drilled in its place and I was about to return it! Luckily my friend had a screw of exactly the same size, just a bit longer than the original, after a bit of filing at the tip everything went smoothly. 2 stars for the inconvenience caused by Hansgrohe.

Very disappointed with this faucet. The control knobs are poorly designed and require the use of small screws for attachment. Both buttons are loose and wobbly as other reviewers have noted. Unfortunately I installed the faucet about a month ago and now I can't return it. I have bought several Hansgrohe products in the past but will not buy another Hansgrohe product in the future based on this recent experience.

In less than 2 weeks, the cartridge does not turn off or the water stops flowing. Installed in a custom shower room it would be terrible to replace the rough box at this point. Use a different MFP. updated. The cartridge is Delta's usual generic style for this model. Easily accessible, but it still fell out quickly. I really like the water feet in this rough box. It was great to be able to isolate this shower from the rest of the house while I found the cartridge between trips!

My faucet started dripping after 5 years of use. I tried to fix the problem but it was basically impossible to align the old cartridge in the allocated one to stop the leak. I've searched the web for information on replacing the inline switch but could not find this part even using the part number. I ended up getting a new set again and paying $176 plus shipping. I really liked this control as it matched all the other Hansgrohe faucets I bought when installing a custom shower at the end of the summer.
