Pretty good pair of pliers pliers set that are actually spring loaded which I like. They may not reach the quality of CS Osborne, but they're certainly good for the casual user. I recommend. Identical to the set I had 20 years ago except they added a spring mechanism so you don't drop the hog ring when installing it on your upholstery project.

Ring set, as in the old days. I'm dabbling in upholstered furniture and it's a must. Tong and ring sets decades ago were much heavier than what you would typically find today, but not this set. The pliers are much heavier, the spring that returned the jaw to the ring to its original position helps a lot. The rings are heavier overall than the last bundles I bought. Overall very good, like a valuable old-style set. I hope it stays there if I need another.
