Thankful for Harfo's great customer service!

We purchased 2 H1 locks last year, we installed one right away and loved it. This week, we needed the 2nd and we installed it. My! Fingerprints won't get stored even all steps were followed. So I contacted Harfo store right away. They said the product is discontinued and they'll be happy to replace it with the L1. Informed us the estimated delivery date is March 20th. Well, it came on the 19th and I installed it right away. All by myself although the inner screws were tricky. Registered mine…

Didn't work on my review.

This door handle was easy to install, however, we were unable to get the fingerprint reader to read any fingerprints. The materials looked nice and it seemed to be well built, but it didn't work. Install instructions could have been better. It doesn't tell you to take off a cover plate so you can access one of the two screws that hold the two halves together. Several people have written that you can't access the screw, but you can if you remove the cover plate. I returned it to Walmart for a…

Several problems with the HARFO L1

This product has several problems. Mine did not include an operations manual. I was unable to find one online. I was able to figure out enough to get to running.When it works, it’s ok. Usually takes one to four touches to unlock, but that’s not too bad.The unit would power when plugged into USB, but it did not charge. It takes 4 triple A batteries, which works fine. Batteries done in less than a week

Don't bother if it is a main door you go in and out of. It automatically locks. It's a pain. Make sure you have the key because otherwise you will get locked out. Beware don't buy

Too Awesome! - my new review

I’ve had this lock for 3-4 months, and it’s the best and most convenient lock for bedrooms, storage rooms, etc. Requires installation, which can be difficult for some! LOVE IT!

Defective design on my review.

I bought this, and the electrical connection from external handle to the room handle easily snapped off. Thinking this was a fluke, I ordered a replacement. SAME THING on the replacement.I found a similar product by another company and it was designed correctly and was MUCH easier to install and connect. This one is complete trash.

Anybody can get in.

It literally opens to any persons fingerprint, any body part, anything that emits heat. That's my feedback! Completely useless.

At first I was intimidated by programming it but it out it was very simple I installed and programmed everything in under 15 mins the fingerprint reader is incredible and fast

Convenient and Secure Door Lock

I recently purchased an electric door lock for my home office and have been highly impressed with the convenience and security it provides. According to my experience, the biometric fingerprint feature works flawlessly and it's very easy to set up different user profiles. The aged bronze design looks sleek and complements the overall interior of my home. The only con is that it requires four AA batteries, but they do last quite a long time. Why do they insist on making the handle permanent when they know we have to use 3inch? screws

Screws are stripped so I will have to get them drilled out if I ever want to change the handle. (dought I will) This is my second bio reader from this company. The large one was much easier to install. They work GREAT once installed.

I love this lock on my review.

I have only had to charge it once since installing it.My daughter is extremely pleased with it.This was new to my ability but I watched the video of the installation and it was easy. It help me to learn about installing other types of fingerprint locks.
