I received a ceramic oiler with a lid. I thought it would look great in my kitchen. First it turned out to be a lot harder than I expected. The oiler is really deep but not as wide as I need. It won't hold a regular 7 ounce stick of butter. I need a little more time to cut the butter into sticks to fit. If you use 4 ounce narrow sticks of butter, it will hold one of those. Good stuff, the dish is well made, the lid closes well. Good color and style. Quality oiler at an affordable price.
