If your shower head is broken and the thread is still in the pipe, don't waste your money! Buy the "Superior Tool 05245 1/2" for pulling nipples and shower threads PRO" instead! Otherwise it will probably work just fine.

Nice looking product I gave it 4 stars because I haven't used it. The project tube came out without the use of a tool. Next time it will be in my tool box. I know he would do the job if I needed him.

I used them to remove and reinstall some brass nipples in my shower after tiling. They work well in all directions and do not damage the threads. The 1/2" wrench fits snugly into the 17mm socket, giving you all the torque you need to tighten everything up.

I have a fancy plumbing and after installing the sink I was unable to access the external utility lines. They did an AMAZING job screwing in the nipple. I managed to get them really tight so I could plug in the faucet and there were no leaks. Anyone who says they don't work is abusing them. Excellent tool.
