I bought this tool and had to sit there. now when i want to use it it didn't work. I want to return but don't give me such an opportunity.

Best value for money for this high quality, durable and handy tool. I bought this before I replaced the flush valve and fill valve on our old toilet myself. I had it on hand just in case to loosen the rarely seen and often overtightened or frozen large plastic nut at the bottom of the tank. Luckily, as it turned out, I was able to loosen the nut by hand and finish my project without that tool.
