Saves money on the coupling until the pipe ruptures.

This is why my phone broke every time I tried to make a second call. I didn't have room to crimp the tubing that was in the spool I was fixing. But finally managed to do it.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Excellent crimping tool. Quality, well made, expensive junk

Purchased to crimp (enlarge) the end of the HVAC drain hose. It worked great. It's a simple tool, very well made. If you need to enlarge hoses or pipes so they fit snugly, this is a great tool.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • Null

Ideal for hole punches

I had to flare a 4mm Eva Barrier beer line hose over my Kegerator tap stems which were much larger and you can't just slide them on. I heated the very end of the tube with a heat gun and then inserted this tool in and the conduit. After it cooled I did it again and it was able to slide down to the diameter I needed to get through the faucet rods. The hose inside was not damaged either. So easy and well done!

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Not all will fit
