Great for stopping. Weird

Combined with the new slotted no hole Talon rotors on my F250 gives great results over the previous deformed standard rotors and slick pads.

Much better than OEM

Significantly improved braking performance over OEM. I used them with PowerSlot Cryo rotors on a 2002 Ford Excursion 4x4. Absolutely happy with the results.

Great replacement pads

These pads are great for my 99 F-250. Excellent initial bite, no noise, strong braking. I use Hawk pads on all my cars and only recently decided to put them on my truck. Should have bought them years ago

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Some bugs

Ideal for Ford Excursion front brakes.

Works great mounted on the front wheels of the Ford Excursion. Good stopping power, little dust, easy installation. What more can you ask for? Including brake pads and grease for both front wheels. NOT supplied with clamps. You may want to purchase a set of clips from your local parts store before you begin unless you are sure your clips are in good condition.

  • The best

Works great in the mountains with a Ford F350 Super Duty

I've been wearing them for about a month now after driving about 3000 miles in severe mountain conditions on twisty roads and steep 4 wheels am crawling. They work great and aren't gone yet. No squeaks or squeaks either. I polished them to a high shine following the instructions on their websites to try and get the best bang for my buck. Revain had the best price I could find anywhere. I've tried Autozone's best and they've kept under 30,000 miles for about the same money. I only have these onโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • So far so good

Great pads especially for heavier trucks

I can't say enough good things about the Hawk LTS pads. I've clocked about 70,000 miles from the first set of Power Slot rotors on a Ford Excursion. I'm a pretty tough driver and drive a lot slower. Once properly recorded (it's important to follow the instructions and get it right) they stop incredibly smoothly and progressively faster at high speeds/quick stops. No fade, just progressive bite. This is with no load, which is about 8,000, or with drag, which is about 16,000. On hard stops, Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • a handy item
Cons
  • a little something small

Defect - Brakes are too thick and dragging

I ordered pads for Ford SuperDuty in March and just got around to installing them. You are too fat! I have noticed that the brakes are constantly slowing down. Hawke says they should be .700" thick with a tolerance of up to .710". I pulled them out, measured them and found them to be over .742." Revain will not accept returns of new merchandise, but will not accept pads that have been ridden more than a mile since use. RECENT UPDATE: Having read the above review had submitted, but before it was
