Second set of Hawk HPS pads on my 03 Focus SVT and they rock. Great stop with minimal dust. I gave them 4 stars because one of the 4 pads was missing a spring. I had to remove the old gasket.

I have purchased Hawk pads for the rear brakes through Revain. I couldn't be happier. They ship very quickly and are a great replacement for standard pads. Having ridden about 1,000 miles on pads I can say with confidence that there is a lot less brake dust on the wheels.

The installation instructions say it should fit the Fiesta ST, but that is absolutely not the case. It's no good studying at 2am after struggling for hours with a stuck caliper. Your stock is wrong, I'm returning it and buying from another seller.

I wish I had done more research on these pads before buying as even Hawk's own friction charts show they are pretty dumb. These pads don't bite well in cold weather, making them poor travel pads in general. They feel significantly worse than my standard pads (Focus SVT) and don't seem to provide any benefits when hot, so they also lack half the high performance. Luckily only on my rear brake. I installed a set of these Hawk HPS brake pads on the front of my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. I decided to replace the perfectly fine OEM pads due to the soft brake feel, disgraceful braking performance, terrible braking performance in the cold, wet and lots of brake dust.
