I always use these for track days and they work just as well as the Ferodo pads. Using brake ducts for cooling will make them last longer for your track days. I drive them 2-3 days on my wrx 08.

Bought to replace normal brakes. When driving alone, there is not much of a difference. Once there are more people in the car, the OEM brake pads need a longer braking distance to stop the car, these pads have better brake and pedal feel. The braking distance is shortened.

Neither OEM nor HPS gave me enough stop-stop-stop on my WRX van at the racetrack. I drive to the limit, you know. I switched to HP+ and changed a lot. Tire walls no longer scare me. I scare them. They work great as an everyday car too, but 1) my rims are covered in dust when I come out of the car wash, 2) the squeaking is loud enough, if you're waiting at the traffic light, look back to see what the noise is. Great pads, yes. Perfect, no.
