higher than a step stool and lighter than a ladder

I have a 9' high closet. I needed a ladder that was bigger than a step stool but smaller than a ladder. It is very sturdy but not too big. It folds up nicely and does not take up a lot of room.

Pros
  • Folding Design: Comes fully assembled! The space-saving design of the step stool chair safely locks into place, just tilt the ladder forward and release the metal lock which hides on the bottom of the top pedal, then lift the back of the top pedal. You can fold it easily. Folded to just 4.5" D for storage. Non-marring leg keep floors avoiding scratches
Cons
  • The ladder may tip over if not properly placed

Not Sturdy but Ok best in my review

Im 5’3, 120lbs and it feel unstable when Im on the top step. I needed the height and had to use top step to put hooks into a 9’ft ceiling. Overall, its fine. It gets the job done and was affordable.

Pros
  • This seems very sturdy, but was missing a leg cap.
Cons
  • It is difficult to clean, particularly the anti-slip treads

Very good step ladder

This ladder is just what I needed. I’m 5’2” and my home has fairly high ceilings and cabinets. It’s lightweight enough for me to carry up and down if needed. I may buy one for every level of the house though.

Pros
  • Glad to have it for everything I need to reach.
Cons
  • It is not adjustable or customizable

Step stool: my feedback

I am a 66 yr old woman and it is just what I need for the things I use it for, ceiling fans, windows etc. and it handles great once you get the true feel of it and know how to handle it lol. I can be very clumsy at times. I also use it outside for things I need it for

Pros
  • Very nice 4 Step Ladder.
Cons
  • Some people may prefer a taller ladder

safe and useful good for me

Exactly what I wanted. This is a replacement .Glad I bought this one even though top step is not padded to be used as a seat. Stool is lightweight to carry from mudroom to anywhere in home. Also seems really sturdy. Husband is a big man and he even felt safe changing light bulb in ceiling. Top step is also good to sit "little visitors" on at the table.

Pros
  • Muy buena. Escalones tienen lindo tamaño y es fácil de abrir y firme
Cons
  • The anti-slip feature may make it difficult to wear shoes with slick soles

Narrow steps, but feels sturdy

In my opinion the steps are quite narrow. Feel like it's made for a smaller person. Fortunately I'm on the petite side. My handyman did get on it and felt quite secure. Easy to set up and take down. Folds up really flat. Easy to store.

Pros
  • Tools & Home Improvement
Cons
  • Some users may find it difficult to climb or descend at an angle

Just perfect good for me

I’ve been looking for a 4 step step stool for years but they were too big for the space I have. This is perfect in every way and thank you for including every possible dimension in your description which other vendors have not done.

Pros
  • Simple and easy to use, with no complicated assembly required
Cons
  • The handgrip may be too close to the actual steps

Had only used the ladder a few times. I apparently put too much weight on the left side of the upper step and the ladder twisted, tipped sideways & I fell to the floor. I was fortunate to only sustain some heavy bruises to my arms & scrapes to my face. It was on a flat concrete floor in the basement. The ladder says it is rated for 300lbs. I weigh 162 lbs. I was not doing anything that you would not use a step stool for.The problem is the way the ladder is designed. The front legs are small…

Pros
  • Anti-slip pedal ensures secure footing and reduces the risk of slips and falls
Cons
  • The ladder may be too heavy to carry up and down stairs

The solution to my problem

I needed a taller step ladder to get up into my RV’s Class C’s cab over bed. I’m short and a senior citizen and couldn’t use the skinny ladder that came with the RV. A 3 step ladder just wasn’t tall enough. This 4 step ladder is perfect for me.

Pros
  • wallpapering, without a big ladder
Cons
  • The handgrip may be uncomfortable for some users

Durable and easy to use

It’s very sturdy and the steps are wide which makes going up and down very easy. It’s a little tricky getting it to close. Other than that it’s a great ladder.

Pros
  • Size of Step Ladder : Open: 36"H X 36"L X 16"W, Folded: 49"H X 1.2"L X 16"W, Net Weight: 17.5 pounds, maximum load: 350 lbs
Cons
  • The ladder may be difficult to adjust once set up

Easy to open & close

I like that it has 4 steps which allows me to easily reach items stored on top of our High Kitchen cabinets. Our previous 3 step ladder wasn't high enough to reach the top of the cabinets. I was doing a very unsafe thing by standing on the handle part of 3 step ladder. I'm glad I was able to find this 4 step ladder for a reasonable price. It's easy to open & close, and slim enough to be stored in our coat closet or behind our bookshelf if so desire.

Pros
  • Can support up to 350 lbs., making it suitable for a wide range of users
Cons
  • The handgrip may feel slippery to some users
