CAR OR TRUCK HORN on air horns

My husband liked the sound clip on this horn and misunderstood it as he thought it would go well with our bike as he turned up looking for a motorcycle horn. THIS IS NOT FOR A MOTORCYCLE. Too big and pneumatically driven. For a car or truck this horn would be great. Too bad you had to send it back.

No switch no fuse included

The horn sounds ok and comes with an extra small diameter tube which I think is a bonus? But the kit doesn't include a fuse or switch, which I didn't expect, other than BOTH things being on the installation plans. Oh, and there are no power cords or electrical pigtails, either. In any case, plan on another $15 to $30.

The horn replacement works well, the timbre is not the same (the horns are shorter).

I bought the same Hella soundset from a catalog 25 years ago, this new set is not to the same standards, the horns are thin plastic, the base is plastic instead of aluminum which is compressor less noticeable. The horn works well, the sound is not the same (shorter horns) as the old German system I still have in my other car. I think I paid more for the old kit, the cost of these new horns is still reasonable.

Hella connects the horns to a lousy relay!

Bought to replace a similar pair that have lasted me 5 years. I thought it would be a straight remove and install as it was the same product but it turned out that the relay that came with the new horns was faulty. It cost me $53 to take it to the stereo center to find out what was going on. Good economical horns that last a long time but Hella does a lousy job of hooking up the right relay for the install let alone getting it working. Nice airbrush! fits air horns

The Hella twin tube horn is a good product but not great. It would be nice to include connectors in the product as many people won't have them. Luckily I did, so no extra trip to the car zone. In addition, it is well packaged and the instructions are suitable for almost everyone. I assume that the device will last a long time. Installation is not too difficult. It was a replacement for a broken horn on a diesel pushrod motorhome so there was really a lot of room up front. I could have chosen as
