Pretty thin material. Ordered a medium size, 5ft 9in, 180lbs, and it fit very tight, like women yoga leggings, skinny or skinny. Maybe it would be better with a bigger size. tall, which didn't make the legs long enough. Felt much better without the boxers underneath.
