Durable and Efficient Cutting Tool

This indexable insert is an excellent choice for those in the Industrial and Scientific field. The coated carbide material is incredibly durable, making it perfect for heavy-duty cutting tasks. The insert also efficiently cuts through materials, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. The only downside is that it may be a bit pricier than other inserts on the market.

Pros
  • Excellent performance and durability due to the coated carbide material.
Cons
  • Requires specific knowledge and experience for proper installation and usage.

Bought these for an insert holder I bought from Grizzly.

Bought these for an insert holder I bought from Grizzly Ind. Grizzly doesn't sell inserts for the holder they sell but they work great and are very sharp. I will buy more. :)

Great Inserts

These inserts are great. I used them on aluminum and the radius was perfect. Really smooth surface and I can handle a big DOC at high revs. It should be noted that I ordered 2 TiN coated and received one TiN and one uncoated. I'll keep both and see what the difference is. The pouches have the same labels, but the inserts are distinctly different. TiN is gold in color while the normal is grey. If you really need a TiN, you may have to return it if you receive the wrong one.
