HIC Harold Co 8642 Ghidini Review

I need to replace them after butchering two pounds of chicken every day for three months. They started out with great cutting ability and cut through meat and sinew more easily than the PW varieties we bought from WM. I would give them a 3.5 if they were new. It took us a while to get used to holding them without handles. The length of the blade in front of the hook is fine, but the hook needs a bit more clearance between it and the pivot because we have to open the blades as much as possible…
