Love the size of this pack for short hikes but it never worked from day one. Mouthpiece broke on first use. I couldn't return it as I hadn't used it before the 30 day return period was over.

It takes some effort to get water, but the plastic is so cheap it breaks within a month of use. The only way to use it then is to press on the spout with your front teeth. Not worth the price if you have to constantly replace the straw.

Love this item. I took the suggestion in the product description to use it for strolling around town seriously and now use it as a moisturizing extension of myself. Ignore the funny looks I get when I'm walking around town in a suit and heels with one Hydrator in tow, it's the perfect tool to make sure I'm never thirsty. I strongly recommend pouring wine or vodka.

I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone. I purchased this product and just before using it I saw a warning on the label that this product may expose the user to chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects. If I had known that, I would never have bought it. When I saw this, I could no longer return the product.

After taking this on a hike my husband had this to say about this water bag. "Cheap and poor quality to be honest. Felt very poor quality to me. It was thin and not strong like my CamelBack and the reservoir was cheaply made. Even after rinsing three times, the water stored in the tank tasted and smelled of plastic. Far from the quality and durability of CamelBack. Very glad this is not the brand the military uses for our operations. "

This is a good basic hydration pack. Although the description says 4L, most of these 4L are designed for a 2L bottle.
