Replaced the fuel valve on a John Deer 6200 perfectly. Fit, quality and functionality appear to be identical to the original valve.

It takes longer to empty a tank than to change a valve. Fits my alternator perfectly. At this price I will order one as a spare as they tend to vibrate/break.

I'm giving five stars for the following reasons: Secures well on my Champion inverter; no leaks; when opened, the inverter started immediately; when switched off, the inverter also switches off; it is not expensive; has a filter. You can ask for more.

God please tell me why you made such a good product at such a great price and no longer include a nut so you can mount it anywhere you could charge fifty bucks more and me would still buy it I suspect another 1.25mm nut would cost you less than a cent each.

This is a quality part that will fit most Yamaha ET 600 2-stroke clones but note this version has a left oriented exhaust pipe. Most ET 600 clones have the socket oriented to the right. You can do this by orienting the outlet so that the fuel hose doesn't get in the way of the faceplate, but that means the valve switch may not be fully visible, meaning it's not a direct replacement, but will suffice in a pinch you an alternator to run.

I saw reviews that it leaked and put some tape on it. I couldn't find my gas approved band so I decided to try without it. Works perfectly and doesn't leak. Instructions: Reinstall the nut on the valve body. Screw the valve into the tank until it stops. Pull the valve out slightly to align it in the desired location. While holding the valve, tighten the nut on the tank with a 9/16 inch wrench. The rubber gasket will crush and seal it. It must be tight.
