In 2018 I gave these screws 5 stars. About 10 months after installation, I noticed several boards on my new deck were warped. I've tried removing the screws to replace the boards with little success. Of the 72 or so screws I tried to remove, only 9 came out in one piece. The remaining 63 screws broke off and half remained stuck to the joists, making removing the boards a nightmare. I don't know what to say about the Deck Screws report. It's screws. They're a lot cheaper here than at Lowe's or Home Depot, so get them here. You'll also need a star driver (included) so you don't have to take them off, and they're easy to take off too if you need to fix/maintain what you're building.
