🔧 Replacement Part for Hitachi Laser Marker C8FSHE C10FSH (Model 329863) Review

My old laser was so weak it was almost invisible. It made it like new. (Be careful when removing the old one - FEATHERS FLY OUT EVERYWHERE. Had to study the parts diagram in my manual to figure out how to put them back.)

This part fit right into my several year old Hitachi 12" miter saw and gave me back the laser line I've been missing for years. Note: If you have an old Hitachi saw and your laser has a metal case, don't worry, this case is plastic but will work just as well.

Replaced the original which did not seem to be the cause of the no laser symptom. It was the power supply. Before replacing the laser module, take a moment to check the power supply (6V DC) in the handle. To replace the laser: There are small springs and set screws that need to be moved from the old laser assembly to the new one. The plastic laser module replaces the original metal module, and the original springs and screws match the new part. The feathers will fly out if you're not careful. I
