Hitachi TPS0006 Throttle Position Sensor Review

On a 2000 Nissan Xterra. I thought I was having transmission issues, but live data showed that the throttle position sensor was producing no output, so the computer didn't know when to shift into which gear. If you decide to do it yourself, note that you will need to check the voltage to reset it. It's not that hard if you have a gauge and can watch YouTube videos on it, but if you don't, your computer will get incorrect shift and fuel trim data.

Installed and driven for more than a year without realizing that he had problems with overclocking. Out of the box it should have been bad. I recently replaced it and the truck immediately improved acceleration and increased power under load e.g. B. when towing a trailer.
