According to my experience, the Holdwell Voltage Regulator offers solid performance and reliability. It ensures that my car's battery maintains the right voltage and protects my other electrical components. The installation was also quick and simple. However, I wish it had come with clearer instructions for beginners.

The previous owner hooked the battery upside down on this B7100. That's how it was until I bought it and found this idiot. Swapped the cables and found that the charging system was not working. Decided to try this voltage regulator to see if it would fix the charging system. Installed and connected exactly like the original. Now I have a loading system! Has been going for a month or so. To update. Only lasted 1 season. I will not buy again.

This regulator replaced the original regulator on our early 80's Kubota B5100 that failed. I determined that the old regulator had failed by measuring the AC voltage to the old regulator (two blue wires) at 18 volts with the engine running at high idle, so it was clear the alternator was running.
