but they look good.

They are not of very good quality. The first time I used it with 3.5" on a pine board that was only 18mm thick and less than 1" thick I was only able to get 1 full hole, on the second I couldn't finish, after a few seconds I found that the Drill did not advance, and when I looked closely, there were almost no teeth on the drill. Unfortunately I bought this bit set for one purpose only, so for a specific project and I wasn't even able to finish it. I've used other bits from other brands for the…

Holes for typical home use

This set is handy for small jobs around the house. These eco-friendly blades are definitely not professional and are meant for casual/light use. They are cheaper than similar economy blades in big stores. I wish the blades were thicker. My guess is that they were designed with that depth based on the strength of the blades. The blades are medium thickness but I assume the metal is softer than the more expensive blades. As previously mentioned, these blades are not designed to cut through…

Before purchasing, make sure you know what material you need to use these crowns on.

I would just like to preface this review by saying that my dislike of this product may in part be my own fault as I have not fully read the fine print on the products. The buyer must be very sure to understand the material in which to cut holes before purchasing this product. Any type of drywall or plaster will destroy the cutting teeth of these hole saws.
