DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A LEFT HAND DOOR. The packaging and website states that the pens are reversible. The instructions say to switch the buttons, insert the locking tool (included) into the tiny latch on the side of the button, and both buttons will pop out and can be toggled. THAT DOES NOT WORK. I tried to bend a flimsy aluminum padlock and the support phone number provided turned out to be fake. It's just a recording asking you to leave your name and number and you'll be called back. These are attractive door handles that work well once installed. However, installation is an absolute nightmare. I had to change about 15 door handles.
