I paid $4 for these 12 packs of mineral pads. That's less than about 33 cents apiece. I used the mineral pad that came with my moisturizer and white vinegar to make it last longer. The idea is to use vinegar to dissolve the minerals deposited on the pad and regenerate it. The original seal eventually broke after repeated use. They are manufactured by Kaz and sold under various brand names such as Vicks, Honeywell, etc. - or -2 - plastic bag with 12 pads.
