Replaced my John Pollack Connector 9-way Car End 12-907 which only lasted 12 months before disconnecting and breaking the door. This replacement device was easy to install and far more reliable. still plastic. but tough, thick and heavy - holds the 7-pin connector in place. It still has relatively flimsy and not entirely stable electrical connections, but overall it's significantly more durable than the original for just a few bucks more.
