Trusting a solid brand and “inspired” by a long-awaited purchase, I voluntarily took this device from the store without checking it first, in its original packaging (why check? This is HP!)))) All "wingedness" began to wear off after the opening of the magic box and the beginning of its use. 1. It immediately became clear that the laptop does NOT catch wi-fi. Rather, it catches, but only 20-30 CENTIMETERS from the router. Having poyuzav in the internet, I found out that this sometimes happens, but . . on old computers . . Dancing with a tambourine in the form of additional installation-reinstallation of drivers (including Broadcom ones) did not give any result. I called the master to the house, he also turned out to be powerless, said that the issue was probably in the hardware. Given that the purchase is under warranty, naturally they did not climb inside. On the same day I took the laptop to an authorized HP service. They quickly identified the cause of the malfunction and eliminated it within one day (well done!). The presence of such a defect in the NEW computer surprised the masters. According to the available repair receipt, the wireless card was replaced on the laptop (PHOTO attached). 2. Over the next two days of using the laptop, it hung dully at least three times, while the task manager did not open. I had to turn off the power supply. As it turned out, he really does not like two or more browsers open at the same time, especially when you are watching a video on one of them. At the same time, crackles and freezes immediately appear in the SOUNDS . Now you yourself can draw a conclusion about its "performance" . 3. The absence of a shutter on the built-in camera (a very simple but useful feature). 4. The impossibility of connecting a SIM card (on even more budgetary NO-books, for example, asus, this possibility is available).

Never buy this product.

It was preferable to release a typical cheap device made of sturdy and durable plastic, for instance, for 35k, rather than an inexplicable stump for 31k. It is unclear why companies release models that are blatantly dead or fully flawed (although I'm kidding; everything is obvious in this case).

This is possibly one of the most crucial characteristics for a laptop. Since stiffeners are not provided and plastic is the least expensive material, the laptop bends wherever pressure is applied as well as when you raise it by one edge. This "feature" led to the formation of my own marriage. Specifically, a wheezing noise. The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I bought it to use in my home office, and after using it for word processing, spreadsheets, cad, and some light rendering, I am quite impressed with its performance. Overwatch played smoothly with medium settings on a resolution of 1600x900 with 70 frames per second. PS: Overwatch is also operating at maximum settings in full HD at 70 frames per second; it turns out that the default setting is basically a checkbox that disables frame rate scaling.
