Silicone Hose Disappointment

I purchased a silicone hose for my automotive project hoping for an upgrade from stock. However, THE HPS HTSVH127 BLK fell short of expectations .Despite being marketed for high-temperature use, it didn`t seem to handle heat any better than the original. On the bright side, the black color looked nice and the installation was easy. Unfortunately, those minor positives don't outweigh the main con of this product's lack of performance..

Product description says 5 feet. NOT SO! You will receive a one foot piece. Too bad I didn't know that before ordering. I ended up wasting my time and money looking elsewhere.
