Break easily on power tool parts and accessories

Purchased to do very light and slow milling of aluminum. One broke within 10 minutes of normal milling. The machine did not shake and air jet cooling was used. I am very disappointed and will not buy it again.

Very easy to break, suitable for milling machine parts and accessories

I've been doing CNC work with the same settings I've done dozens of times before with the same CED, CEL, OL bits from another company and couldn't. I can't figure out why the beats broke. At first I thought the work had changed or something was wrong with the material, and then I finally realized it was the poor quality of the bits. I ordered these from Revain because it was easier, but ended up not saving any money because I had to re-buy them from another company.

1 Spiral Bits

I was asked to rate these bits. First of all, this is a 1-blade spiral cutter. " They're not spherical." They're supposed to cut acrylic plastic very well. I've used a ball point and tried different end mills, but I just couldn't get the smoothness I wanted. I've been using these single-flute spiral cutters at fairly high feed rates and little infeed .If you need an accurate shoot email me.Their quality is exceptional.I've done at least half a dozen jobs in one go and haven't noticed any…
