Sharp but yellow color. Why?

The paint is so thick that it sticks to the surface. I had to use paint stripper and acetone to get rid of it because I couldn't get a straight cut and I'm cutting circles for the project. My recommendation. First remove the paint and then work.

Be careful what you cut with these bits

I love the depth of the bit. This is especially helpful when I'm making notches on BAR roll tubes. However, cutting teeth do not withstand a large number of cuts. I went through three tailors after only 6-8 cuts. (Yes, I use cutting oil with every cut). I went to a local store and bought a brand of Lenox which was enough for the entire roll cage assembly. I

They are ideal for notching pipes!

I've been experimenting with hole saws for notching pipes. My first purchase was another American hole saw. The variable 4/6 tooth pattern stuck to the thin wall of .120 (and even worse .095) and the saws went out of round immediately. Here is the quality made in USA! Then I tried Starrett Fast Cut. I'm in love! They work really well. The RPM is maintained at 180-200 with a 1-1/2 inch saw with some cutting oil. They cut the pipe like butter compared to the manufacture I tried first. Three cuts…
