Gets most of the work done.

Does the job but doesn't reflect as well as I would like. On a light background, it is best to draw bold graphic black lines. All detailed photos with colors of a similar tone do not reflect well. I would recommend this more to the experienced artist who just needs to get the proportions right. I feel this would be very frustrating for a beginner as the images are not too sharp.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Minor issues

Great for drawing manga

Just look through the plastic glass to draw, it's great and I praise it endlessly. Better than a drawing tablet or light table in my opinion as I've traced many of the references by moving the phone and glass. So it's great monetary value, especially easy if you're into manga art: I printed the halftone dots and traced/drawn the links! It's scanned to look pretty professional and finished quickly. Take it all and have fun :D

Understand what it is/what you are buying

This item and many similar generic items do not have a clear idea of what they are offering. This is a simple tool to use the "Pepper's Ghost" illusion, where an image (from your phone) is projected onto a sheet of glass (or Plexiglas in this case) which can then be viewed from the front as a "hologram". . what's behind the glass. It doesn't look like a real digital projector you would use, and plexiglass itself has no special properties. The illusion can only be seen "in front of" the…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • No Automatic

Aside from something really broken these bad reviews are unfounded. I don't know how to put it more simply. Actually, I looked at the Kodak projector. and stand. and an HDMI converter that you must use, all for around $250. Exquisite. But is it necessary? I already have an old projector that I used to transfer sketches and murals onto big screens because I HATE creating those boring grids. Pooh! I remember my son saying I cheat because I'm just tracking; until I give him the pencil and the…
